What to Do If There’s an Issue

Plants can occasionally experience transit stress (such as minor leaf drop or temporary wilting). However, if your plant arrives severely damaged, dead, or unviable, we will make it right with a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

 * Notify Us Quickly: Contact us within 48 hours of package delivery.

 * Provide Proof: Include clear photos showing:

   * The plant in its original state upon unboxing.

   * The specific area of damage or concern.

   * The original packaging and shipping label.

 * Maintain Original Condition: Please do not repot, prune, or alter the plant until you have contacted us, as doing so voids the guarantee.

Exclusions & Limitations

 * Cosmetic Minor Stress: Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., a bruised leaf, small tear, or slight wilting due to shipping) are normal transit symptoms and do not qualify for a full replacement.

 * Delay Due to Buyer: We are not responsible for plant deterioration caused by incorrect delivery addresses or packages left unattended in extreme weather/temperatures after delivery.

 * Post-Arrival Care: Once the 48-hour window passes, plant care becomes the responsibility of the buyer, as we cannot control environmental conditions, watering, or light levels in its new home.
